Challenge

The client approached us with the problem of taking their business to a new level. They needed modern and high-quality materials for promotion: a website, presentations, banners for social media, and more. The company already had a website on the Wix platform, which, in addition to its outdated design, had problems with performance and adaptability. The PageSpeed score was 50. Existing promotional materials were also outdated. Tools such as presentations and case studies were completely missing.

Solution

During the rebranding, our team had the task of creating a visual identity that reflects a strong, technological, and professional brand. We aimed to form a universal image suitable for various platforms and promotional materials. We needed to create all accompanying promotional materials in a unified style: social media and advertising banners, emails, presentations, and case studies.

From concept to implementation: creating a modern website with high performance

It was necessary not only to create a new design but also to transfer the site to WordPress CMS, optimize and adapt it.

36 pages of the website were developed. Each stage of development was accompanied by in-depth analysis to identify the best UI/UX solutions for convenient user interaction with the website and platform. We created a modern and aesthetic interface that promotes ease of use across various devices and screens.

The website received a clear structure on WordPress, a cohesive style, scalable architecture, integration of the site’s contact forms with the Hubspot CRM system, optimization, and adaptability for different devices. The PageSpeed score increased to 90.

Using plugins, we set up caching and code optimization to improve the site’s efficiency and speed. We unified styles and reduced the amount of CSS code.

Quality QA allowed the final product to meet the requirements and expectations of clients.

Balance of unity and diversity: banner design and communication strategy for social networks 

The key task was to develop diverse banner concepts while adhering to a unified brand style and maintaining visual variety to attract users’ attention.

Strengthening the brand through relevant icons 

The selection and stylization of brand-relevant icons improved ease of perception, enhanced expressiveness, and were subsequently used in almost all types of visual communication with the audience.

Updating BidMind’s email strategy

To improve additional communication with the audience, adaptive designs were created for different types of emails. This allowed timely and effective notification of BidMind users about new functionalities and platform capabilities.

A tool for attracting new clients 

Case studies are an effective tool for demonstrating successful projects, increasing brand recognition, and attracting new clients. Developing case studies on relevant topics in a style consistent with the corporate identity allowed for easier comprehension and increased emphasis on the offerings.

Development of unique branded presentation design 

The unique branded presentation design was aimed at significantly increasing the interest of potential clients and partners. We managed to create a strict business style that emphasizes the company’s technological nature. We highlighted the main accents by using contrast between white and dark backgrounds, created unique stylish graphics and composition when presenting information on each slide.
